Our Products are subject to Spring Butterfly Terms and Conditions
Availablility
- Most items are available for immediate delivery
- For larger furniture items delivery can be 4-6 weeks
- Out of stock items will be sent to you when available or an alternative can be offered. We will also be happy to offer a refund. We will inform you immediately if stock is not available.
Orders
- All orders are subject to our terms and conditions
- You will receive an order acknowledgement once you have ordered your goods
- If for any reason we cannot supply the goods to you we will inform you either by email or phone
- We reserve the right to cancel any order made by you, if there the item is damaged or mispriced. We will offer you a full refund or an alternative. We will credit your account within 7 days
- Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery of your items. We will not be held responsible for orders accepted by other persons.
- Please ensure dimensions of our items suit your requirements before ordering.
- Goods may have manufacturers colour batch variations or markings pertinent to the style of the item. Eg distressed items.
Delivery, Postage & Packing
- All orders are subject to post and package charges.
- Your order will be delivered to the address you indicate when you place your order
- Delivery to UK will be standard rates
- Delivery internationally will be considered and will be subject to further charge. Please enquire for further advice.
- All orders are despatched by Royal Mail or Parcelforce.
- All orders will be trackable via your account and will require a signature upon delivery.
- As we have no means of determining the identity of any person(s) signing the Delivery Note, a signature obtained at the Delivery Address is deemed Proof of Successful Delivery and is as such a full discharge of our Delivery liability to the Customer.
Payment
- Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) or euros (EUR). Prices are exclusive of taxes but are subject to postage and packaging charges.
- Payment is strictly paid via PayPal. All major credit/debit cards accepted.
- Prices are subject to change
- In the unlikely event that the item is priced wrong, you will be notified by email or phone. You will be offered a refund, or the opportunity to reorder another item, or to purchase the mispriced item at the correct price.

- All sizes are as accurate as possible and given in product description

Cancellations
- If you wish to cancel your order you must inform us as soon as possible. As all of our orders are posted at the earliest convenience your item(s) may have already been despatched from our warehouse and would then be subject to our normal returns procedure and postage and packing costs.
Sale Items
- We do not accept refunds on any sale items.
- You may have an exchange for an item of equal value or credit to your account for the amount
